Results are predetermined. An algorithm that’s worse than the actual slots at the casino. I understand you create these games with the hopes of making money, but it gets to the point where it’s not fun anymore. Deleting the app.

Super stingy.. gotta spend so much to win

Anytime I download a slots game and the first thing that pops up is SciPlay I lose all my coins in the first 10 minutes of playing. Do not play any slots game that is owned by SciPlay. You will always lose all your coins in the first 10 minutes because they would much rather have people pay for coins than to have a consistent player base

I paid for coins and played more than hours. Overall no bonuses , just push you to purchase more coins.

I love the games. However, my odds of winning are higher at the casino. It’s like the more coins I purchase the less I win. Slots are no fun at all when you’re just spinning and not winning anything. SMH. I thinks it’s time to delete the app. They are just taking my money and giving nothing in return. But, I guess someone has to pay for the TV ads.

Good graphics, a lot of fun games!

I love many of the slots here. However, I have a problem with the game not fitting in my iPhone screen window when it rotates. The only option is to close the game, reopen and cross my fingers that it will work the next time. So far my success rate is 1 out of 5 tries. They need to fix this bug asap. I don’t have this problem on this company’s Jackpot Party app.

I don’t mind spending money on a game. But just as all the other reviews, the game takes the money away so fast with no rewards. Made a $10 purchase today, 4 different machines, no bonuses, money gone betting a conservative amount. I guess their company focus is to milk customers rather than build loyalty. Don’t say you can’t guarantee…. Your company absolutely sets the percent payout and I’m sure it’s far worse than an actual casino where you can win actual money. Hopefully enough of these reviews make people think twice about spending money on this app.

I only give it 3 stars because the graphics are good. But this app is not designed for you to have fun for free. Every game FORCES you to bet so much that you get maybe 5-10 spins before you have to buy coins. Im not here to spend money on games that i’m not winning real money on. This app is as greedy as a real casino. I downloaded it and deleted it within 5 minutes because i spun 5 times on minimum bet and my coins were gone. No thanks.

I've gotten some good wins, but the odds are pretty bad and if I get a big win, it'll be a long while before I get anything else. And the pearl award, you need to earn pearls to finish so many tasks, but yet the pearl distribution is terrible and I barely get them.

I have played this game for years. The ability to even win a bonus had become null and IF you get into a bonus, you barely win, sometimes not even the amount of your bet in return. When my coins are gone, which are going quickly, the app goes also .

Saturday is when you it’s “Spin Day!” and you receive extra coins. My husband plays goldfish also and he receives this award every week. I on the other hand don’t anymore. It’s been months now since this part of the game has worked for me. Okay, I’m a lil jealous! LOL I have messaged in the app and been given tickets to remedy the problem. Nope still doesn’t work. Today I was messaged bonus coins in messenger and the coins weren’t there. Something is broke with this app! 😔

I LOVE this game, and play it daily. But what I HATE is the fact the bet always defaults to the highest bet. And even when you change from game to game it doesn’t start with the bet. I’ve los so much from switching to a different slot, forgetting to lower the bet. I just think that stinks

Promptly deleting this garbage app. …typical generic response by the devs. I was barely earning any bonus and whatever I received would only get me 10% of a level each time I logged in, if that. Other slot games you can progress further at a time. Clearly they have a way to control it.
